- Discrimination issues based on age, race, sex, pregnancy, disability, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, sexual harassment and retaliation
- Contract drafting and negotiation, including separation and severance agreements
- Workplace rights and responsibilities with regard to state and federal discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, and family and medical leave laws (including customized drafting of employee handbooks)
