Law Office of Christina L. Montgomery

About Me

I started my own practice in order to offer clients personalized service and client-focused solutions. Many of my legal services are offered at flat rates or on a sliding scale. I am committed to helping my clients navigate the confusing landscape of the legal process with compassion and dedication.

I live with my husband and daughter in Waltham.  My office is a "virtual" office, which means I do not have a physical office space. This saves me countless dollars in overhead, allowing me to pass those savings on to my clients.  I make “house calls” and am willing to meet with you during the evening and on weekends. I understand that your time is as valuable as mine and will endeavor to be prompt with our meetings, and to return emails and phone calls quickly.

Prior to starting my own firm, I practiced at Kimball Brousseau LLP, a boutique employment law firm in Boston. While a law student at Northeastern School of Law in Boston, I held legal internships at the Massachusetts Superior Court with the Honorable Patrick J. King; the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston; litigation firm Breakstone, White and Gluck, PC; and EMC Corporation.

I am dedicated to serving the legal profession. I am an active member of the Boston Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Employment Lawyer’s Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association where I currently serve as a member of the Labor and Employment Section Council, and co-chair of  the Employment Law Open Forum.

I have a B.A. in Social Thought and Political Economy and an M.A. in Applied Sociology, both from the University of Massachusetts. I am admitted to the bars of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the Federal District of Massachusetts.
